IVLZ - Opportunities offered by an integral approach

What is unique about the IVLZ is the highly cooperative approach to traffic management adopted by its four partner organizations. The IVLZ''s success is based on its common strategic mission and the proactive cooperation between qualified experts working to maintain and expand the IVLZ''s operations.

The individual operators assess the whole range of traffic-relevant events, and work as a team to agree the most effective operational measures. Contingency strategies and packages of operational measures are drawn up to allow them to respond quickly to unforeseen incidents - such as emergency roadworks or accidents.

The opportunities presented by close cooperation are many and varied:
