The 4-star "Hilton Garden Inn" and the "Palm Beach" sports bar are located under the roof of the Carl Benz Center. This is where the Bundesliga Club VfB Stuttgart hosts its members, sells tickets and offers memorabilia and souvenirs in its Fan Shop.

The focal attraction of the Carl Benz Center is the Carl Benz Arena, a multifunction indoor facility with a floor area of 1,500 square metres and a spectator capacity of up to 2000. The Arena can be used to stage trade fairs, congresses and conferences as well as musical, theatrical and sporting events. VfB Stuttgart fans can follow club fixtures on a big screen. After the final whistle, fans from the adjacent stadium can move across to congregate here and experience the fan parties held in the Arena.
