Innovative ways to participate in working life - Rehapro

With this federal program, the  Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (opens in a new tab) (BMAS) implements the mandate from § 11 SGB IX. The aim of  Rehapro (opens in a new tab) is to find new ways to maintain or restore the earning capacity of people with health restrictions by testing innovative services and organizational measures. The Stuttgart Job Center is participating in the model project to strengthen rehabilitation with the model project ReFit Stuttgart - support in the rehabilitation and integration process.

Experienced project staff from the Medical-Psychological Service support recipients of benefits from the Stuttgart Job Center who want to participate or have participated in a medical rehabilitation measure.

Our cooperation partners

With work trials, internships, coaching offers and courses to promote language skills, the participants are provided with so-called "bridge offers".

The model project will be scientifically monitored for the entire duration of 5 years. As part of the accompanying research, the  Institute for Rehabilitation Medicine Research (opens in a new tab) at the University of Ulm is examining the procedures in the pilot project and the potential for later implementation in standard care. The results of the research are to contribute to the successful implementation of successful aspects in the long term.
