Appointments at the driving license office

Since November 2025, you can conveniently make your appointment at the driving license office online. This shortens the waiting time and simplifies the process. It is therefore necessary to book an appointment online for most matters. Some matters can also be dealt with at the Citizens' Office or applied for online.

If you would like to visit the driving license office in Stuttgart-Feuerbach in person, you will need to make an appointment in advance for most matters. This applies, for example, to first-time applications, extensions, transfers, exchanges or renewals. Spontaneous visits to the driving license office are no longer possible - unlike at the vehicle registration office.

Book an appointment online

Available appointments at the driving license office are displayed online for the next three weeks. After successful booking, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, which you must bring with you to your appointment. You will need this e-mail to check in at the vehicle registration office in the call system - either using the QR code or the six-digit PIN.

Please arrive punctually for booked appointments to ensure that everything runs smoothly. Cancel in good time if you are unable to attend so that appointments that have become free can be reallocated. Your appointment will be forfeited if you are late.
