The Stuttgart Respect Guides are young people between the ages of 16 and 30 who know the realities of life for young people in the city. They have a wide variety of experiences themselves, speak several languages and represent the diversity and cosmopolitanism of the state capital Stuttgart.
The respect guides work on a voluntary basis to promote respectful interaction. They talk to young people, sensitize them to respect each other and listen to them carefully. Their goal is to provide an impetus to think about values in society, to communicate them among themselves and to take them to heart. Only in this way is it possible to live together peacefully and at eye level.
In addition, the pilots take up needs and recommend municipal offers, as well as leisure, cultural and sports offers.
