Health advice

Growing up healthy

All children in Stuttgart should grow up as healthy as possible, regardless of their social situation. After all, if children and young people get used to a healthy lifestyle, this will have a positive impact on their health in later life.

Our aim as health promoters is to strengthen the life skills, exercise and healthy eating of children and young people. We support children and young people where they live: in daycare centers, schools and families.

Stuttgart daycare centers: offer for educational professionals

We support you, as educational professionals and as a team, in making your daycare center a healthy place for children, families and professionals. We offer further training, process support, a daycare center check, the ViVO newsletter and offers for parents on the topics of exercise, nutrition, mental health, medical prevention and health in the workplace.

School Health Professionals

School health professionals are trained health and (pediatric) nurses. They are competent contacts for all those learning and working in the schools in the event of medical and nursing problems on site. In addition, they support the schools in all matters on their way to becoming health-promoting facilities.
