Children's bike offer "Rössle Kids"

The monthly rent and the one-off deposit for a bicycle for children and young people are based on the financial capacity of the interested parties. The rent is therefore

• 5 euros/month for households with a Bonuscard + Culture
• 8 euros/month for households with a Family Card

The deposit is 50 euros per bike.
In your own interest, any loss of the bike should be covered by your own household contents insurance.

The rental of children's and youth bicycles is long-term and lasts for at least six months at a time. At the end of the six months, the rental agreement is extended indefinitely and can then be terminated with one month's notice. It is also possible to switch to the next larger bike, if available.

There is currently no limit to the rental period. After the minimum rental period of six months, the rental agreement can be terminated at any time with a notice period of one month to the end of the month.

If the rented children's bike becomes too small for the child, it is possible to change to a larger bike model if a suitable size is available. It is not necessary to sign a new contract when changing bikes. However, the minimum rental period starts again with the larger bike.

No, Neue Arbeit gGmbH does not provide helmets. Tenants are responsible for this themselves.

High-quality branded bikes are available in various sizes (16-inch, 20-inch and 24-inch wheels). All children's bikes are impressively lightweight and super easy to handle, yet extremely robust. So nothing stands in the way of fun.

A total of 60 children's bicycles in various sizes are available for hire at the bicycle service stations of Neue Arbeit gGmbH:

• Bad Cannstatt: Bad Cannstatt bicycle service station, Bahnhofstr. 14-18, 70372 Stuttgart
• Vaihingen : Vaihingen bicycle service station, Am Bahnhof 1, 70563 Stuttgart
• Zuffenhausen: Sozialunternehmen Neue Arbeit gGmbH, Gottfried-Keller-Str. 18c, 70435 Stuttgart (temporary)

After the contract expires due to termination by the borrower, the children's bikes can be returned to one of the rental points by arrangement. On return, a comprehensive check is carried out, any existing damage is recorded and liability issues are clarified. Any damage will then be repaired at the renter's expense and the deposit may be refunded on a pro rata basis.
