If you are taking photographs, filming, or videotaping on green spaces with equipment beyond the normal scope, you need permission from the Garden, Cemetery, and Forestry Department.
You also may not photograph or film commercially or freelance in cemeteries without permission.
In principle, photography and filming are only possible if they do not disproportionately restrict the public use of the green spaces and cemeteries. The course of funeral services and burials may not be impaired.
Photo and filming permits are subject to a fee. In the case of photographs taken as part of training or studies, permission is free of charge on presentation of proof.
Note: Please note that vehicles may not be parked on green spaces and cemeteries. This can only be permitted for vehicles with technical equipment that are absolutely necessary at the filming location.
