Immission control - 44th BImSchV: Display emission-relevant modification of a combustion plant

You operate a plant that is subject to the "Ordinance on Medium-Sized Combustion, Gas Turbine and Internal Combustion Engine Plants - 44th BImSchV" (plant operator). An operator has commissioned you to submit the notification on their behalf.

The notification must be submitted to the Office for Environmental Protection. The Office for Environmental Protection will update the registration of the installation if necessary.

Fully completed forms.

The notification must be submitted to the Office for Environmental Protection immediately, but no later than one month before the event.
