Immission control - 44th BImSchV: Display commissioning of a combustion plant

You intend to operate a plant that is subject to the "Ordinance on Medium-Sized Combustion, Gas Turbine and Internal Combustion Engine Plants (44th BImSchV)" (plant operator). A (future) operator has instructed you to submit the notification on their behalf prior to commissioning.

The notification must be submitted to the Office for Environmental Protection. This office will confirm receipt of the notification and check that it is complete. As soon as the notification is complete, we will include the installation in the register of installations in accordance with the 44th BImSchV and inform you accordingly. We will also inform you about the applicable emission limits and measurement obligations.

The notification must be submitted before commissioning.

We register the system in the register in accordance with the 44th BImSchV within one month of the notification documents being complete.
