Apply for an immission control (amendment) permit online

You are the operator of an installation that requires a permit under immission control law or are planning the construction or operation of such an installation.
You have been commissioned by a (future) operator of an installation requiring a permit under immission control law to submit an (amendment) permit application on their behalf.

You will receive confirmation of receipt of the (amendment) permit application. In the (amendment) approval procedure, it is checked, with the involvement of the public interest bodies, whether it is ensured that the project cannot cause harmful environmental impacts and other hazards, significant disadvantages and significant nuisances for the general public and the neighborhood.

Fully completed forms for (modification) approval with required expert opinions and signature of the operator.

The (amendment) approval must be obtained before implementation of the project begins.

Within one month, you will receive feedback on the completeness of the application documents and will be informed whether any documents or information need to be submitted subsequently. Once the complete application documents have been submitted, we will inform you of the authorities likely to be involved in the procedure and the planned timetable for the approval procedure. The (amendment) permit is generally expected to be granted within 3 months in a simple procedure and within 7 months in a formal procedure from the submission of the complete application documents.
