Apply online for notification of changes under immission control law

• You are the operator of an installation requiring a permit under immission control legislation.
• You have been commissioned by an operator of an installation requiring a permit under immission control legislation to prepare a change notification for this operator.

You will receive confirmation of receipt once the notification of change has been received. During the notification procedure, the Trade Supervisory Department will check whether the intended changes constitute a significant change within the meaning of Section 16 (1) of the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG) and whether a change permit under immission control law must therefore be applied for for the respective project.
If the documents submitted are not sufficient for the assessment, we will ask you to supplement them. We will endeavor to inform you as soon as possible whether an approval procedure is required. The project may commence no later than one month after receipt of the complete documents by the Environmental Protection Agency, even if you have not received a statement from us by then.

Fully completed change notification forms with the operator's signature.

The notification of change must be made at least one month before the intended change.
