If you intend to change the location, nature or operation of your installation requiring immission control approval, you must apply for a notification of change under immission control law.
This also applies if you wish to shut down your installation requiring approval under immission control legislation.
The notification must be submitted to the Lower Immission Control Authority at the Office for Environmental Protection at least one month before the start of the change.
