Apply for investment funding for independent sponsors

Funding is provided to recognized independent youth welfare organizations with services in Stuttgart. As investment funding is a voluntary service provided by the City of Stuttgart, it is appropriate and in the interests of the city that these voluntary subsidies are granted as supplementary and subordinate aid. All other funding options, i.e. other third-party funds, must be exhausted beforehand.

There are two application procedures:

1. investment measures with a budget of less than 5,000 euros
For investment measures with a total volume of up to EUR 5,000, the funding application can be submitted at the same time as the statement of account / proof of use and all necessary documents (e.g. invoices). Excluded from this are measures that were completed/completed more than 12 months ago at the time of application.

2. investment measures with a budget of more than EUR 5,000
For investment measures with a total volume of more than EUR 5,000, the grant application must be submitted before the measure is implemented. The application must be accompanied by the documents required in the individual case (e.g. offers or cost calculation in accordance with DIN 276 for construction measures with a total volume of more than EUR 150,000, see also funding principles). If the previously applied for investment measure has been completed, the measure must be settled by the specified settlement deadline. The proof of use must be accompanied by the relevant documents (e.g. invoices, cost breakdown in accordance with DIN 276, see also funding principles, general ancillary provisions).
