Please note: This counseling service is anonymous, confidential and free of charge. You can contact us via the link below. Please also note the "Important information" beforehand. Here you can become a user by entering your individual user name and password and ask our counseling experts questions whenever necessary. They will answer you promptly.

Online consulting
Online counseling is similar to a personal conversation. You describe your situation, your problems and ask specific questions you have about them. We answer you or refer you to special help facilities. A personal counseling process can develop from the online counseling if necessary.
