Examination of the application and approval of the extension or approval of early return. If the right of use expires and the grave is returned at the same time: confirmation of the return.

Power of attorney if the application is submitted by an authorized representative, if the applicant is not the authorized user.

Until expiry of the right to use the grave at the latest.
