Political concerns
Social policy for all Stuttgart residents is the common thread running through my work on the municipal council. Although municipal social policy is shaped by federal and state laws, the city has its own responsibility and also has a great deal of scope to shape the social infrastructure. I am committed to ensuring that people receive the support they need on a temporary or permanent basis, such as assistance for the disabled.
I am also committed to the fire department. Both the professional fire department and the volunteer fire departments provide emergency services day and night. To do this, they need good framework conditions (training, modern vehicles, protective clothing), which is something I am committed to.
