1. subject matter
The subject of the online service is the provision of publications of the Statistical Office in print form on request, subject to a charge. Information on ongoing administrative procedures is not provided via this online service. File inspection is also not granted via this service.
2. conditions
The materials sent to the requester may be subject to conditions imposed by the authority concerning the use of the documents.
3. fees, settlement modalities, payment
The publications are public services for which fees are charged per item (e.g. rent index, monthly magazine, thematic magazine) in accordance with the fee statutes. The fees at the time of the request always apply. The fees are to be paid without deduction of discount (strictly net). Value added tax is not shown.
4. shipping, shipping costs
The request can be sent to the recipient address of the requesting party and to a separate delivery address. The costs for the postage used for this purpose amount to 1.60 euros within Germany.
6. revocation instruction
If you are a consumer in the sense of § 13 BGB, you are entitled to the following right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes which are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.
Right of withdrawal for goods
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the last goods. by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by mail, fax or e-mail) about your decision to revoke this contract. To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.
Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
7. use/copyright
Reference is made to the rights of the supplier to the items made available. The surrender takes place under the respective conditions (conditions) of the respective requested document. The rights to the item provided in each case shall remain with the state capital Stuttgart. In particular, the requesting party shall not be granted any rights of reproduction beyond the limits set by copyright law or any rights to make the document available electronically.
8. copyright notice
The state capital Stuttgart decides on the attachment of the copyright notice for protected works as follows (13 UrhG):
The source reference "Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart - Statistisches Amt" is to be attached in the case of legally permitted use of the works.
9. data protection
The data transfer between the user and the City of Stuttgart is SSL-encrypted. Personal data is collected for the purpose of processing the transmission and is handled in accordance with the provisions of German data protection law: The personal data required for the establishment, content or modification of the user relationship (inventory data) is used exclusively for processing the request and delivery. Except in the case of legal obligations, data will not be disclosed to third parties.
10. legal remedies, written form
The possibility (cf. § 3a of the State Administrative Procedure Act of the State of Baden-Württemberg) of filing legal remedies or appeals electronically is not opened up by the online provision of publications. Documents that require the written form cannot be effectively sent to the state capital Stuttgart by e-mail.
11 Gender designation
For reasons of better readability, the masculine form is regularly used when referring to persons. This always refers to female persons as well.
