APOLLO5 can create a world of sound with just five voices that listeners experience as complete in concert. In the 15 years of its existence, the exceptional British ensemble has built up an outstanding reputation and thrilled audiences in venues such as the Wigmore Hall and the Royal Albert Hall. As part of the VOCES8 Foundation, APOLLO5 reaches 40,000 young people every year through educational projects. "Crimson Sun" is a program about the magic of winter with silent nights, light, joy and the miracle of birth. It features Christmas classics, new arrangements and works composed especially for the quintet.
