Female genital mutilation/circumcision (FGM/C) is a serious form of violence against girls* and women*. The event looks at FGM/C in the context of violence in the name of "honor" and discusses signs of possible danger.
Organized by the Yasemin counselling centre on violence in the name of "honour". The counseling center is funded by the state parliament of Baden-Württemberg.
