According to these regulations, retailers with a subordinate bar or subordinate distribution of food and beverages may only set up stand-up tables within the scope of the special use guidelines. Outside the area of application of the special use guidelines downtown, standing tables or tables with seating can be permitted.
Standing tables or tables with seating are only possible in direct spatial connection to the retail store (directly next to or in front of the retail store).
