** You can apply for the certificate of good conduct (document type OG) and the information from the commercial central register (document type 9) at the citizens' registration office (Einwohnermeldeamt). The application must be made in person. Written applications or applications by fax, e-mail or telephone are not possible. For the application you need your identity card or passport.
