In the building permit procedure, the building owner submits all the necessary building documents to the Building Law Office. All necessary exceptions or exemptions must be expressly named and applied for by the client. The Building Law Office first checks whether all relevant documents are complete. Adjacent neighbors who are actually directly affected - i.e. in the case of deviations, exceptions or exemptions from neighbor-protecting regulations - are then notified of the project and the offices whose areas of responsibility are affected by the building project are involved. The comments of the neighbors and the authorities are included in the final processing. At the end of the process - if possible - the building permit is issued. Any necessary exceptions or exemptions from building regulations are granted at the same time.
