For energy-saving reasons, the Eberhardstr. 33 office building of the Building Law Office will be closed on December 24 and 30 and on January 2, 2026. Service operations will also be restricted on January 5, 2026.
From January 7, 2026, regular service will be guaranteed again.

About the Building Citizens' Service
Bürgerservice Bauen at Eberhardstraße 33 is the central point of contact for citizens on all aspects of building in Stuttgart. The staff at the Citizens' Building Service provide information on all basic questions relating to building (consultation level 1 (opens in a new tab)). If necessary, they will put you in touch with the clerks in the building departments ( advice level 2 (opens in a new tab)).
