Show building project in the notification procedure

The notification procedure can be carried out for certain projects (such as residential buildings, other buildings with a height of up to seven meters or outbuildings, as well as for demolition). However, the properties must lie within the scope of a qualified development plan and not contradict the building planning regulations. The responsibility for ensuring that the project complies with the regulations lies with the client and the designer. The advantage of the notification procedure is the short duration of the procedure. If all the required documents are submitted in full, the building authority will confirm completeness within five working days. Construction can then begin after two weeks (without notifying the neighbors) or after one month. However, the notification procedure lacks the legal certainty of a formal building permit.
