Resident parking permit - initial application for multiple license plates

A resident parking permit is necessary so that the enforcement officers can distinguish you as a resident from non-resident parkers.

The online application is only successful if you are registered as a resident in the area in question. You must also confirm that you do not own a private parking space or garage for any of the vehicles applied for.

If you are not the owner of the vehicles yourself, please complete the  declaration of transfer of use (opens in a new tab) form for each vehicle concerned, have the owner(s) sign it in person and attach the completed and signed form(s) (as a PDF file) to this online application.

Please note in particular that if an ID card with several license plates is lost, no replacement ID card will be issued, not even for just one of the license plates, as long as the lost ID card is still valid.

The ID card will be sent to your home as soon as possible. The fees are due when the resident parking permit is issued. In special cases, such as changing license plates or secondary residence, please contact parkraummanagement@stuttgart.de by e-mail  parkraummanagementstuttgartde parkraummanagementstuttgartde
