Apply for extended certificate of good conduct

The certificate of good conduct provides information on whether a person has a criminal record or not. The data in the certificate of good conduct comes from the Federal Central Register.

If you want to work with minors on a full-time or voluntary basis, you must submit an "extended certificate of good conduct" upon request.

This includes, for example, the following activities:
  • Educator
  • Teacher
  • School bus driver
  • lifeguard
  • sports coach or sports trainer
Note: When submitting the application, a written request must be submitted from the office requesting the "extended certificate of good conduct", in which the office confirms that the requirements of Section 30a (1) BZRG for the issuance of such a certificate of good conduct are met.
