Has your driving license been revoked by a court ruling or by the driving license office? Would you like to drive a motor vehicle on the road again? Then you will need a new driving license.
Note: You will not automatically receive a new driver's license. After your driving license has been revoked or surrendered, the driving license office will carefully check whether you are physically, mentally and character-wise suitable to drive a motor vehicle again. For this purpose, it can, for example, order a medical certificate or a medical-psychological examination (MPU). As a rule, the same regulations apply to the re-issuing of a driving license as to the initial issuing of a driving license. In individual cases, a new driving test may be ordered.
