Displays of persons are events where the main focus is on the physical appearance of the persons on show. This term mainly covers commercial events that
- display the sexual charms of the persons concerned or
- are intended to satisfy the sensationalism of the audience.
Examples are striptease or table dance.
Note: Performances of a predominantly artistic, acrobatic, sporting or similar nature are exempt from the permit requirement.
Permission is required by
- the organizer of the performance and
- persons who make their business premises available for the performance.
Please note: The permit for the exhibition does not replace any other permits. For example, if you are an innkeeper and want to make your restaurant available for such an event, you need a restaurant permit and a permit for the exhibition.
