Motor vehicle license plate - apply for export license plate

• You must not have any overdue fees and expenses from previous registration processes. If you have arrears of more than 30 euros, the registration authority may not register your vehicle until you have paid them. If the amount is less than 30 euros, the registration authority may decide whether or not to register the vehicle anyway.
  
• You must not have any vehicle tax debts of five euros or more. When calculating the amount, late fees, interest and late fees are also taken into account.
  
• If someone is to represent you in the registration of your vehicle, you must give this person a written power of attorney. This must also contain a declaration of consent that the registration authority may inform the authorized person about overdue fees and expenses. Your proxy must present the power of attorney and provide identification.
  
• The vehicle must havea valid certificate of general inspection (HU). If the due date of the main inspection is before the expiry of the export registration, you must submit the inspection report of an officially recognized inspection organization on the new main inspection.

You or your representative must apply for the allocation of an export license plate on site at the vehicle registration office. If the vehicle was previously registered, the vehicle will be deregistered and the license plates will be cancelled.

• Commercial register excerpt
• Business registration
• Excerpt from the register of associations

If you represent a person :

• Power of attorney (original) for registration
• your own identity card
• your identity card (copy is sufficient)
