Building conditions and operational structures are important basic elements for food hygiene. Already during the planning of a food business, be it for a new building or a reconstruction, numerous food law requirements have to be observed. Therefore, it makes sense for food entrepreneurs or architects to obtain information from the responsible official veterinarian in good time.
In order to be able to assess your individual planning, we require the following information:
- Plan showing all premises belonging to the establishment
- Furnishing plan (if available)
- Information on ventilation
- Information on the type and scope of activity
- Information about the number of employees
If you provide us with the plans by e-mail, a telephone consultation is sufficient in most cases. In the case of extensive plans, we can also advise you on the basis of the original plans at our office for public order, food monitoring, consumer protection and veterinary affairs.
Note: Only in exceptional cases is a construction consultation with an on-site inspection of the object possible.
