If you want to set up a work site or a construction site on a public traffic area, you must apply for a special permit. Depending on the situation, this may require an order under traffic law, a special permit or a special use permit under road law.
The permit is issued by the Public Order Office with the involvement of the police, the Civil Engineering Office and, if necessary, other offices.
