An itinerant camp exists if you wish to temporarily sell goods or services from a fixed sales location outside your commercial establishment and outside a trade fair, exhibition or market. You must report the organization of an itinerant camp if you indicate this by public announcement and the arrival and departure of the participants is carried out by you as commercially provided transport or by persons in cooperation with you. Travel camps fall under the traveling trade.
- store premises rented for a short period,
- rooms in hotels and restaurants,
- tents,
- town halls and other halls.
Selling from a truck, ship or other vehicle also qualifies as an itinerant warehouse. The vehicle must be stationary or stationary during the sale.
Please note: If you run the event over a longer period of time (e.g. over 6 weeks) in the same room, this can be regarded as a permanent business. You must then register a trade.
