The Administration Department is responsible for the personnel matters of the employees, for organizational changes and for personnel development within the City Surveyor's Office. Further focal points of work are budgeting, cash management and accounting, cost and performance accounting, building and equipment management and procurement. The administration department is also responsible for the expansion and further development of the reporting and control system of the City Surveyor's Office.
