The Real Estate Office consists of the following departments: Administration, Property Transactions, Real Estate Management and the City of Stuttgart's Winery. This is where the purchase, sale and management of the city's properties take place, with the exception of school buildings and some special buildings. We promote the economic power of the city by selling and leasing land and buildings to companies willing to settle and expand. Likewise, building lots and buildings are advertised for sale or rent/lease to promote housing construction and meet the high demand for suitable housing. The primary goal is to provide affordable housing for families, among others. By making land and buildings available, we support all municipal departments and municipal enterprises in fulfilling their tasks.
