The Strategic Planning, Digital Transformation and Innovation department is the central coordination office for the Smart City across the city. It also develops our city's digitalization strategy in order to drive forward the digital transformation in Stuttgart. With systematic project portfolio management, the department ensures that digital projects are implemented efficiently. In the InnoLab and AI Hub, it creates space for innovation while making the results of DO.IT and Smart City visible through modern digital communication. The aim is to actively help shape and drive forward the digital future of our city.
