The training program addresses the special needs of young refugees in the context of training: First, the training begins with a preceding six-month to one-year introductory qualification year (EQJ). This is followed by three years of training with job-specific language lessons.

In addition, a suitable training occupation is sought and found together with the applicants as part of the application process.
