Specific examples of strategies and techniques for communicating information. You will look at your institution from the visitor's perspective and receive a systematic overview of how more inclusion can be achieved in public relations work. Using practical examples and by sharing experiences, you will identify the challenges of communicating information to different target groups. You will then develop strategies for solving these problems in a way that is suitable for everyday use - also with the help of expert partners.

Lecturer

Eeva Rantamo is a cultural scientist and has been working for many years as a speaker, project manager and consultant for cultural mediation, intercultural competence, simple language, inclusion and accessibility in cultural institutions. As the founder of the "Kulturprojekte - Inklusive Kulturarbeit" office in Dortmund, she manages international and local development projects for barrier-free and equal communication in the cultural sector.

You will receive information on accessibility when you register. You can also register your needs for good participation in the events there. We plan to provide sign language interpreters for the workshops. Please be sure to indicate whether you require interpreters when registering.
