  • 17.10.2024Presentation of the draft development plan and bylaws on local building regulations

    Moselstraße/Spreeweg (Mün 43) in the Stuttgart-Münster district

    At its meeting on October 8, 2024, the municipal council's Urban Development and Technology Committee decided to publish the draft development plan on the Internet in accordance with Section 3 (2) of the German Building Code (BauGB) and the draft of the local building regulations in accordance with Section 74 of the State Building Code (LBO) and to put them on public display.

    The development plan will be drawn up using the accelerated procedure in accordance with Section 13 a BauGB without carrying out an environmental assessment in accordance with Section 2 (4) BauGB.
