The Leuze has opened again - Stuttgart baths times

Since July 29, the Leuze has been open again - under Corona conditions, of course. This means that in addition to the outdoor pools, Stuttgart residents also have a mineral pool at their disposal in the summer.

The mineral bath Leuze has reopened with limited operation.

The Stuttgart pools are thus expanding their existing offering in five outdoor pools with health-promoting and weather-independent swimming in the best mineral water. Families with children can also rejoice: With the Kinderland, the new Spraypark and the dry playground, child-friendly attractions will be available for use in time for the start of the summer vacations. Individual areas where the distance and hygiene rules cannot be observed will remain closed. Sauna operation cannot be implemented due to the strict regulations.

As in the outdoor pools, there will also be two time windows in the Leuze: The first time slot will run from 6 a.m. to 12 p.m. Monday through Sunday, and the second time slot will run from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Each time slot will allow 450 bathers into the Leuze. The normal admission price is 9.50 euros, while the reduced admission costs 7.60 euros for each six-hour time slot. Admission is only possible with an e-ticket. This is available online at the earliest three days in advance at  stuttgarterbaeder.de/e-ticket (opens in a new tab) or alternatively from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the Stuttgarter Bäder advance booking office, Breitscheidstrasse 48. Ticket reservations can be made by phone at 0 711/216-57203. Payment at the advance booking office must be made in cash, if possible.

The Leuze can be reached by S-Bahn S1, S2 and S3 to the Bad Cannstatt station stop, by Stadtbahn U1, U2 to the Mercedesstraße stop, U14 to the Mineralbäder stop and U19 to the Wilhelmsplatz Bad Cannstatt stop and by bus 45, 56 to the Bad Cannstatt station stop.

Time window of the outdoor swimming pools

Since June 15, all five outdoor pools in Stuttgart have been open under pandemic conditions and since July 4, the sports fields, diving facilities and slides may be used again.

However, visitors must note that access is only possible with an e-ticket. This is available online at  stuttgarterbaeder.de/e-ticket (opens in a new tab), or alternatively from the advance booking office in the central pool administration. In addition, the operation of the outdoor pools will take place daily until September 13 in two time windows:

1st time window

Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

2nd time slot

Monday to Friday: 2:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday: 15:30 h to 20:30 h

Further relaxations and pool openings not plannable

The new Corona ordinance with its personnel-intensive requirements is valid up to and including August 31. Further pool openings or relaxations are dependent on the infection situation and will only be possible again when the Corona ordinance permits.
