An emergency service also offers the necessary help and advice outside opening hours and consultation times. Below you will find an overview of all emergency numbers and emergency services.

Emergency calls with a cell phone via 112 can be made throughout Europe without a prefix and free of charge, but only with a SIM card.

Emergency call

When making an emergency call, please remember the 6 W's: Who is calling? Where has something happened? What has happened? How many people are involved? What kind of injuries are there? Wait for further questions.

You can also continue to use the sign language interpreting service of  Tess Relay Services (opens in a new tab) when using the emergency numbers 110 and 112.
