frEE Academy
The frEE Academy is a center for further education for volunteers in the Stuttgart area. For over 20 years, it has been supporting voluntary work with its numerous offers. The frEE Academy is a pillar of the culture of recognition for voluntary work by the state capital Stuttgart. It offers volunteers attractive and inexpensive or free courses for further training in the field of volunteering.
Around a third of all Stuttgart residents are involved in a wide variety of voluntary activities. The frEE Academy offers all those involved a central location for acquiring knowledge, meeting people and networking. Whether sport, environmental protection, service to people, youth work or communication: the frEE Academy program offers a wide range of courses and seminars for young and old. In addition, the frEE Academy always has its finger on the pulse of the times and is placing increasing emphasis on digital offerings.
The programs are available in the district offices, in the city library at Mailänder Platz and in all branches of the city library. They are also available at the information desk in the town hall and at the department for the promotion of civic engagement.
Further information and the current program can be found at frEE-Akademie Stuttgart. (opens in a new tab)
