State capital Stuttgart

Barrier-free Stuttgart

Barrier-free mobility offers

It is a major concern of the state capital Stuttgart to actively promote accessibility and mobility for people with disabilities. In addition to some municipal measures, you will also find other important offers, for example for public transport.

Without ramps, wheelchair users find it difficult to board public transportation.

Barrier-free mobility services in Stuttgart

Stuttgart offers many opportunities for people with disabilities to get around without barriers. To help you find a parking space, for example, there is an interactive map with parking spaces for vehicles of people with disabilities. Further interactive maps can be found in the City of Stuttgart's  online city guide (opens in a new tab).

If you have any questions, please contact the mobility advice service. The mobility advice service advises people with disabilities by telephone, email or on site on all topics relating to accessibility and mobility in Stuttgart.

You can also obtain a tactile city map for blind and visually impaired people from the mobility advice service.
