Stuttgart city processing
As the operator of the company profile on XING, the City of Stuttgart has access to statistical evaluations of visits to the company profile and job advertisements placed by us. This data is available in aggregated and anonymized form and does not allow the City of Stuttgart to draw any conclusions about the individual visitors to the company profile. The City of Stuttgart uses the statistical evaluations to continuously make the information provided attractive for visitors to the company profile and to align it with user interests. The legal basis is our legitimate interest according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO.
If users are logged into XING in parallel via user account when calling up the company page, information about the call-up of the service can be assigned to the respective user account. This information is also available to the city of Stuttgart as operator of the company profile. The provision of information can be avoided by logging out of XING via the user account before calling up the company page.
Visitors to the company profile also have the option of using interactive functionalities, such as the Like symbol or sharing and commenting on posts, as part of their visit. As a rule, this use requires the visitor to register with XING. During this use, personal data and information are visible for the city of Stuttgart and also for other visitors to the company profile, and a direct personal assignment may be made. The city of Stuttgart has no influence on the interactive functionalities and the visibility of user activities.
Via the company profile, it is also possible to contact the City of Stuttgart by message via the specified contact channels. We process the information transmitted through this on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO (legitimate interest). We use this information only for the purpose of responding to the inquiries in a targeted manner.
If you have given your consent (e.g. by setting your XING status to "actively looking for a job""), we will also contact you directly to provide you with suitable job offers.
All of your data collected by us on XING will be stored and deleted on the XING servers in accordance with XING's privacy policy. We do not store any further data internally.
