The festival year in Stuttgart
Stuttgart's festival calendar is filled throughout the year. There are firm favorites such as the Stuttgart International Festival of Animated Film (opens in a new tab), the SWR Summer Festival (opens in a new tab) and the Summer Festival of Cultures (opens in a new tab). Every two years, Gauthier Dance's international dance festival COLOURS (opens in a new tab)gets the whole of Stuttgart dancing.
