You can easily renew your resident parking permit online.
Tip: Enter your e-mail address when applying. You will then receive a reminder e-mail with a direct link to the online application six weeks before your resident parking permit expires.
Please note:
- If your previous resident parking permit has already expired, you must submit an initial application online.
- If you still have a valid resident parking permit, the dispatch of the follow-up permit may be delayed. However, the subsequent permit will be sent out in good time, if possible at least 2 weeks before the previous one expires.

You can apply for a resident parking permit online for initial and subsequent applications as well as in the event of changes or loss. Please note the further information on online applications.
Notes for your online application
The online service is only available to you with one or more license plates if there have been no changes to the initial application (residence, vehicle owner, license plate, parking space). Otherwise, a change application must be submitted. If the parking permit has already expired, you must submit a new initial application.
Once your application details have been positively checked, the parking permit will be sent to you by post. If you have any queries, we will contact you using the contact details you have provided. Fees are charged online by direct debit or credit card.

Parking space management
If the parking permit is removed from the vehicle for personal renewal at the citizens' office, it is advisable to leave a note in the vehicle. If a warning is nevertheless issued during this time, you must contact the fines office directly. The relevant contact details can be found on the warning.
