Procedure
If you visit the Citizens' Registration Office in connection with a registration or re-registration of residence, or to apply for an identity card or passport, you can also apply for a replacement registration certificate part I there. Otherwise, please contact the vehicle registration office directly.
For vehicles belonging to legal entities, self-employed tradespeople and freelancers, the application must always be submitted to the vehicle registration office.
