General information
Prerequisites for the issuance of the permit are professional suitability, personal reliability, financial capability and a place of business in Stuttgart. In the case of traffic with rental cars, parking spaces corresponding to the number of vehicles to be used must also be available. In the case of traffic with cabs, the viability of the trade must also not be threatened by the granting of further licenses.
In the area of the city of Stuttgart, cab concessions are limited. Currently, all concessions are in circulation, so that the allocation of a corresponding permit cannot take place for the time being. However, a waiting list is maintained.
