As a housing provider, you can also make the certification
via the Internet.
To do this, enter your data at the service portal
from the state of Baden-Württemberg.

For this you need a service account at the service portal.
The service account is free of charge.

With the service account Baden-Württemberg you can safely
contact with the administration.
For example, with the citizens' office.
You can make applications via the Internet.

Then you can store them securely in the service account.
Then you can access these documents from anywhere.

These people count as the housing provider.

• They are the landlord of the new apartment.
  

This is usually the owner of the apartment.

And one person lives with you as a subtenant?
Then you are the landlord.

You must confirm to the Citizen's Office:
This person has moved into the apartment.
You must do this in writing.

Please fill in the form and give it to the tenant.

With the form you confirm these data:

• Your name and address as the housing provider
• The date of moving in.
• The address of the apartment of the tenant.
• The name of the new tenant.
• Your signature

You are not the owner?
But you have a power of attorney and you are allowed to write the confirmation for the landlord
?
Then you still have to consider this:

• Write also the name of the owner of the apartment.
• You need a power of attorney.
