The Office of Public Order will be closed to the general public on December 24, 2025 and from December 31, 2025 to January 6, 2026 with all offices, including all citizens' offices in the city districts as well as the vehicle registration and driving license office. The range of services offered here varies depending on the level of training of our new employees. Appointment customers are primarily served depending on the level of training. Our new employees are trained for our day-to-day work in the Stuttgart Citizens' Offices in blocks, separated according to legal areas. Book your appointment at the EAB now and actively support us in training new and motivated employees quickly and in a targeted manner in order to sustainably improve the staffing situation at the citizens' offices.

Please note that the EAB is located on the same floor as the Citizen office Mitte, but the waiting areas are separate. In order not to miss your appointment, it is essential that you take a seat in the designated waiting area for the EAB. This is located diagonally opposite the elevators.
