The Personnel Services department of the Main and Personnel Office (10-5) is the central service point within the city for personnel matters relating to the offices and in-house operations, excluding  Klinikum Stuttgart gKAöR (opens in a new tab).

Furthermore, the Personnel Services department is responsible for the city-wide personnel budget, personnel cost planning and controlling as well as personnel cost reimbursements. As a result, the costs of a job are published as a circular.

Since 2011, the city's key personnel figures have been published annually in the personnel report with a special topic.
